The Great Reimagining

2022
The 2022 theme was Catalyst’s response to the ‘Great Resignation’. It was about reimagining work to make it work for women. 

The visuals were basic shapes ‘reimagined’ to create complex elements.




Now Is the Moment

2020
The 2020 theme was about taking action. The visuals were inspired by the Works Progress Administration posters in the 1930s to 40s.




Future @ Work

2019
The 2019 theme was about planning for and working towards a more inclusive future. The visuals were inspired by blueprint drawings.





Workplaces That Work for Women

2018
The 2018 theme was about the benefits of workplaces that work for women. 

The visuals used Catalyst’s new brand colors, accented by handwritten words to convey a human touch.




Leadership Redefined

2017
The 2017 theme was about leadership qualities. The visuals were inspired by chemical elements and bonds. 

Each element represented a different leadership quality. The connecting hexagons were used to portray bonds.
